This 32 m², 1-bedroom apartment for rent has a very modern layout and design with elegant wooden flooring and decor. There is a large bathroom upon entering, which can be convenient for guests as well. There is a walk-thru kitchen that leads to the living room, giving the apartment a greater sense of space. There are 2 balconies, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room, which keep this cozy apartment sun-filled.
The apartment is located in the City Center, also known as El Centro. The apartment is on a quiet pedestrian street, but is minutes away from a metro station and many bus lines. The best part is how close the apartment is to the beautiful Paseo del Prado and Retiro Park.
