This 50 m², 2-bedroom apartment for rent offers a very cozy home with modern amenities and decor. The apartment has a beautiful interior design with colored walls and stained-glass windows. The living room is the main area and is the perfect size for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen comes fully equipped and even has an elegant black stone sink. The bathroom to share is completely renovated.

The apartment is located in the up-scale neighborhood of Salamanca. In this neighborhood you can find designer shops, unique boutiques, and one-of-a-kind restaurants. You are also minutes away from the large Avenida de América metro stop, connecting you to all parts of Madrid.

What we liked the most

  • The living room has 2 arm chairs, shelving, a dining table, and a TV.
  • Bedroom 1's bed also has extra storage space underneath the mattress.
  • Bedroom 2 has a single bed that transforms into a desk
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, 2-burner electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and a pull-out table.
  • The washing machine can also be used as a dryer.
  • The bathroom has a very elegant standing shower and a rack to dry your towels.
  • The apartment is a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Retiro park.
