A 52m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Ciudad Lineal in Madrid. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, relatively spacious and with plenty of natural light. It would make a charming home for professionals.
Ciudad Lineal is a mainly middle-class area located to the east of Madrid city centre. This is a well-connected neighbourhood with all the necessary amenities and there are also many plazas and parks where you can relax with a book on sunny days.
What we liked the most
- The terrace is a fantastic feature, complete with table and chairs, where you can enjoying meals on warm evenings.
- AC will be a welcome addition during the summer months.
- There is a comfortable living-room with flat-screen TV where you can relax in the evenings.
- A bath tub as well as a shower is an added luxury, the ideal way to unwind after a long day at work.
- This location is perfect for those seeking to escape the chaotic city centre but still remain well connected.
Things to keep in mind
