This fantastic 52 m² apartment is available for rent, with swimming pool access and a large balcony, in Tetuan. The apartment is also pet friendly, and comes with all the modern appliances including AC. There is an open-plan kitchen/living room with a large TV and a sofa, plus a small dining table. The kitchen includes a convection microwave, a stove, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer combo. The apartment has lots of storage space throughout, and the bedroom is large and spacious.
Although a primarily residential area, you will find plenty of local shops, bars, restaurants, and tavernas nearby, particularly as you head towards the main road of Calle de Bravo Murillo. Here you will also find Valdeacederas Metro station. The large Morera park is about a 15-minute walk from the apartment, and here there are lots of sports pitches, a skate park, lawns and gardens, and the Piscina Perros, a swimming pool for dogs!
What we liked the most
- You will have pool access, in the large shared courtyard.
- You will have a large balcony, with space for a table and 4 chairs, and views across the rooftops.
- The apartment has all the modern conveniences, including a washer-dryer and a dishwasher in the kitchen.
- Plenty of shopping, bars and restaurants to be found nearby, particularly towards the Metro station.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen in this apartment does not have an oven, however it has a large convection microwave, and an electric stove.
