This 1-bedroom apartment may look small, but it packs a punch! Available to rent in the Malasaña area, it is extremely well furnished and equipped. There is loads of built in storage in the bedroom, the comfortable sofa can be converted into a bed, the living room has a flat screen TV with a sound system. The kitchen is small, but better equipped than others 4 times its size, with a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, stove, plus a blender and mixer and other small appliances.
As well as being a great apartment in its own right, this property is situated in one of the most trendy and desirable areas of the city. Here you will find yourself surrounded by bars, restaurants and cafes, boutique stores, hidden art galleries and other places that are the hallmarks of a cool, youthful area. Just a few moments away from the apartment is Calle del Pez, one of the best known streets of the district, and you will be just a short walk from Calle Gran Via, or from Chueca, another area known for its trendiness and nightlife.
What we liked the most
- The AC unit is designed so as to be unobtrusive, looking like a picture frame.
- We love the compact but amazingly well-equipped kitchen.
- As well as being superbly well equipped, the apartment is stylishly decorated and has comfortable furnishings.
- You will be living in Malasaña, need we say more?
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building that does not have an elevator.
- Although the maximum rental period is 3 months, the landlord may be willing to extend this at the end of the term.
