An 80 m², 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Salamanca in Madrid. The apartment is painted primarily white which helps it to feel spacious and bright. It has a fully-equipped kitchen as well as a dining area where you can enjoy your meals. It feels welcoming and homely and additional features like the stove in the living room make it unique.
Salamanca has a reputation for being one of the more exclusive of Madrid's neighbourhoods with its handsome architecture and designer boutiques. However, while it does have a chic and upmarket feel about it, there is plenty to suit all budgets including some trendy bars and restaurants and the beautiful Retiro Park, only 20 minutes from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- AC will be a welcome addition during the sweltering summer months.
- The kitchen is fully-equipped and even has a coffee maker for those who cannot survive without a coffee in the mornings.
- There is a cosy living-room, complete with TV, where you can relax in the evenings after work.
- The apartment has some quirky features, such as the stove and chimney breast, that lend it character.
- This location is ideal for those seeking some peace and quiet and a sophisticated atmosphere.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building without an elevator but at least this will save you money on a gym membership.
