This stylish 1-bedroom apartment has lovely wooden floors and is beautifully decorated throughout. With a floor area of 45 m², the apartment is ideal for couples, providing plenty of space for 2 people to live comfortably.
You will be living in Moncloa, in the Chamberí barrio. This is a lively, multicultural area, popular with students due to its proximity to Ciudad Universitaria, and here you will find yourself surrounded by a fantastic array of restaurants and bars. You will also be close to the popular areas of Malasaña and Chueca. You will find several metro stations within walking distance, and beautiful Parque del Oeste is also accessible on foot.
What we liked the most
- There is a dining table as well as a desk to study or work.
- The kitchen is equipped with stylish stainless steel appliances.
- The bedroom offers plenty of storage space.
- There is central heating and-air-conditioning to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
Things to keep in mind
- The living area receives plenty of natural light with a large window overlooking a courtyard. The bedroom, however, is less bright, with a smaller window facing an interior patio.
