This 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in 32 m² of style and comfort. With an open-plan kitchen and living room, you have a big common area that receives plenty of sunlight through the balcony windows. The living room is very well decorated and the kitchen comes equipped with modern, steel appliances. The full bathroom is also quite spacious with a large shower.
This apartment is located in the central neighborhood of Las Letras. On a residential street, you get a calm and tranquil atmosphere, but are just minutes away from the buzz of the city. You have great restaurants on the surrounding streets, a Starbucks, and are just 15 minutes to the Atocha train station.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and also has balcony access, which keeps it bright and fresh.
- The living room is bright and cozy, and even comes with an AC unit and flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen has modern appliances which include a steel washing machine, oven, and kitchen fan.
- The bathroom is quite spacious with a big shower and extra storage space.
- You are well connected by metro, but are also a short walk away from the Atocha train station, the Thyssen Museum, and the Museo del Prado.
Things to keep in mind
- The building does not come equipped with an elevator, but it's a good way to get in some extra exercise!
