This high-end property is decorated throughout with state-of-the-art furniture, and boasts and exceptionally spacious living room where you can relax or entertain guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliance including a dishwasher, and there is 1 bathroom.
This apartment can be found on Calle Cadarso, which is in the very heart of the city. You will be living just next to some of Madrid's main landmarks, including Plaza de España, Gran Vía and the Royal Palace which you can see from the window! Plaza de España metro station is under 9 minutes from the apartment, and the Parque del Oeste is just next door.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has arguably the best views in Madrid - just look out of the window and the Royal Palace is staring right at you!
- AC units are installed throughout the property for summer, and there is a fireplace for winter.
- The bedroom has a safe for maximum security.
- A weekly cleaning service is included in the rent.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher for convenient cleaning.
- The building has a shared terrace - here you can socialise with your neighbours.
- The Parque del Oeste, home to the Templo de Debod, is just next to the apartment.
- You can walk to Sol in about 15 minutes.
