This 69 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the Tetuán area is perfect for postgraduates and professionals. Located on the 6th floor, it has one whole wall covered in windows which open up to the the huge terrace with incredible city views. There is elegant hardwood flooring, plenty of built-in storage space, and a fully equipped walk-through kitchen. The bathroom is en suite.
The luxury apartment is located in the culturally diverse neighborhood of Tetuán. Home to generations of Madrileños, you can experience an authentic city atmosphere. The apartment is well-connected by metro and Madrid's Cercanías trains, but it is also just a 5-minute walk to a large shopping center.
What we liked the most
- There a huge wrap-around terrace that has 2 separate areas, which can be furnished with more outdoor seating and even a BBQ.
- Everything in the living room is big: big shelving unit, big flat-screen TV, and big glass windows.
- The bedroom also opens up onto the balcony, keeping the apartment constantly sun-lit.
- The apartment is beautifully decorated with vintage furniture pieces.
- You have a shopping center only 5 minutes away where you can find both international and Spanish brand names: Starbucks, Zara, El Corte Inglés.

- The bathroom sink is found right outside the door, convenient for shared living.
