A beautiful 60 m² 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Argüelles. It has a large living room with terracotta-coloured tiled floors, a sofa bed and a dining table; a practical kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a sumptuous wooden bathroom with his and hers sinks.
Argüelles is one of Madrid's most desirable neighbourhoods, and for good reason—it is conveniently located for both the city centre and universities, there are lot of excellent bars and places to eat, and there is plenty of green space nearby.
What we liked the most
- We love the his and hers sinks in the bathroom.
- As it is an interior apartment, it is very quiet.
- The living room is spacious and the sofa converts into a bed.
- Argüelles is a fantastic neighbourhood. You are close to shopping on Calle Princesa, lots of great bars and places to eat, and there is superb transport.
