A stylish 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle de Bretón de los Herreros in the Ríos Rosas area of Madrid. This 60 m² property is contemporary and bright, and has 2 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, and a spacious yet cosy living area.
We love this area—it is authentically Madrilenian, upscale, and has excellent restaurants and bars, especially on Calle Ponzano. You're close to the IE Business School, and the great transport connections make it easy to get anywhere in the city.
What we liked the most
- The living area is big and bright.
- The decor is really stylish.
- We love the big L-shaped couch.
- Although technically interior, there's a lot of light.
- The local area is upscale and well connected, with lots of great tapas bars on nearby Calle Ponzano.
Things to keep in mind
- The Wi-Fi is shared with the neighbours, and the router is in their apartment.
- Bedroom 2 has electric heating, not natural gas.
