Home to attractions such as the Rastro Market and the La Reina Sofía art museum, this is a neighbourhood with a lot to offer. With the city centre within walking distance and a metro station close by, Lavapies is an exciting, well-connected area.
What we liked the most
- There is a lot of bench space in the kitchen, ideal for cooking.
- The bedrooms get excellent natural light from the windows.
- The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.
- The apartment is very warm, so heating costs should be minimal.
- The property has AC, a real luxury in summer.
- Lavapies is home to the picturesque Parque de El Retiro.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no elevator, however the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
