This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Princesa is on the 5th floor of a large apartment block. The apartment is exceptionally spacious at 75 m², and is contemporary and clean feeling. There is a big open-plan living room and kitchen area, fully equipped and comfortably furnished.
You'll be living in a very convenient area, surrounded by shopping and other conveniences, and right next to great transport options. You're also within a short walk of the centre of the city. The building is in the heart of a complex full of restaurants, and there's even a cinema just downstairs.
What we liked the most
- The open-plan living area is really bright and spacious, and very welcoming.
- You'll be living moments from Plaza de España, a large public square with statues in honor of Cervantes.
- This is a fantastically central location – you can walk past the Palacio Real to Plaza Mayor in the centre of the city in about 10 minutes!
