This 40 m², ground level apartment is available to rent on Calle de la Colegiata, right next to Tirso de Molina. The 1 bedroom apartment is stylish and attractive, full of nice touches to make a welcoming new home. The living room is spacious and well furnished, and there is 1 full bathroom and a separate toilet room in the property. The bedroom is very spacious, and includes a big double bed, and plenty of wardrobe space for your clothing.
Tirso de Molina is sandwiched between the Lavapiés and Centro districts, within a 5-minute walk of Puerta del Sol. Plaza Tirso de Molina is a popular area, with multiple terraces spilling our onto the plaza, full of revellers enjoying reasonably priced beer and tapas. So many things are within a few minute's walk of this area that it's impossible to list; suffice it to say, you'll never be lost for something to do!
What we liked the most
- There's extra storage under the bed to keep the apartment uncluttered.
- The landlord provides a selection of brochures and guides to help people unfamiliar with Madrid to get to know the city.
- For some of the best tapas in the city, head to the nearby Calle Cava Baja, which is lined with dozens of bars.
- For all your last-minute groceries, there's a Dia supermarket just a couple of minute's walk from the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment has no exterior windows, only one interior window in the kitchen, which looks into the entrance hall of the building.
