This 60 m², 3-bedroom apartment available to rent is just minutes from the beautiful Retiro park. The apartment can sleep up to 5 people and has a white and fresh design. The main shared areas is the kitchen and dining room, but there is a separate living room area as well. The apartment comes with AC in some rooms, a room with a balcony, and 2 full bathrooms.
On Calle Granada, the apartment is in an ideal location in Madrid. If you travel for work or for leisure, you are conveniently 2 stops away from the Atocha Train Station. Madrid's Parque del Retiro is also a short walk away, where you can have a picnic, go for a jog, or check out the summer terraza bars.
What we liked the most
- Bedroom 1 has AC and a balcony.
- There are 2 full bathrooms – rare for a 3-bedroom apartment!
- The bathrooms come with a heating unit, which will come in handy during Madrid winters.
- There is a dishwasher and washing machine.
- You can't be the location – less than 5 minutes to the beautiful Parque del Retiro and just 2 stops away from the Atocha Train Station.
