This fully renovated 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the central but peaceful district of Palacio. The apartment is very well-decorated with a coordinated color theme and great attention to detail. The kitchen corner is fully equipped and has an open layout with the cozy living room. There is both an exterior and interior bedroom, as well as a spacious and elegant bathroom.
On Calle de la Ventosa, you are minutes from the border to the lively La Latina district. There is a metro stop 6 minutes away, but you have all your basic amenities within walking distance. The apartment is also conveniently located near the Universidad Carlos III campus.
What we liked the most
- We love the details – especially the stylish lamps!
- Chefs-in-training have fun with the sliding cutting board and gas stove.
- Guests can sleep comfortably on the living room sofa bed.
- Bedroom 2 has a huge built-in wardrobe.
- You are walking distance to La Latina, known for its Sunday El Rastro flea market and its delicious tapas bars.
