The 39 m² apartment has high ceilings and makes great use of all the available space. The bedrooms come with loft beds, a desk, and a wardrobe. The semi-open kitchen and living room are separated by a service window and breakfast bar. On the 1st floor of traditional Spanish-style building, you'll feel right at home!
Straddling the neighborhoods of Lavapiés and La Latina is the ideal place for a foodie. You can find plenty of international cuisine, as well as some of Madrid's best hole-in-the-wall classics. When you don't feel like eating out, be sure to check out the Mercado de San Fernando where you can find high-quality products.
What we liked the most
- We love the high ceilings which makes the apartment feel bigger.
- Despite being an interior apartment, you get a good amount of natural light.
- The kitchen and living room layout is perfect for entertaining.
- Bedroom 2 has a large single bed.
- You are in the heart of Lavapiès with bars, markets, and delicious tapas to discover.
