This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the heart of Lavapiés provides a sunny and colorful home. The apartment has a cozy bedroom, a fully furnished living room, and an equipped kitchen. There is plenty of storage space and lots of wall decorations that give the apartment lots of character. There are also 2 small balconies overlooking the street below.
Located on Calle del Amparo, the apartment's location couldn't be more ideal. You are in the heart of diverse Lavapiés, where you can find international restaurants and the famous Sunday flea market – El Rastro. You are also a 10 minute walk to the city center and 15 minutes away from Madrid's main train station, Atocha. La Casa Encendida, a live music and exhibition venue, is just around the corner.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has wooden flooring and is well decorated.
- Both the living room and bedroom open up onto a balcony.
- If you travel for work or leisure, living only 15 minutes to Atocha train station will a be time-saver.
- Be sure to check out the nearby Mercado de San Fernando every day of the week, and El Rastro on Sundays.
