This 1-bedroom apartment in Plaza España cover an area of 90 m² and opens out onto a gorgeous private terrace. The property is exquisitely decorated and has a kitchen with a dishwasher, modern bathroom and a luminous living area.
The apartment boasts a fantastic location in Madrid's city centre, within walking distance of Opera, the Gran Via, Plaza Mayor and Parque del Oeste. The area has numerous cafes, shops, restaurants and bars, and is also well connected by public transport.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very stylish, as it was designed by an architect.
- The terrace is 40 m² and comes furnished with a table and 4 chairs.
- The bedroom has a double bed and AC unit.
- The bathroom has a bathtub.
- The apartment is in the heart of the city.
- Leganitos is a popular street with several restaurants and shops to explore.
- The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
- There is no television but you can ask the landlady to provide one if needed.
- The kitchen was not equipped at the time of our visit, but the landlady will provide all that is needed to cook by the time tenants move in.
