There is modern and well-decorated 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in Madrid's Lavapiés district. The kitchen and living room have are open-concept creating a bright and spacious common area. The apartment has a lot of stylish decor and unique furniture such as wicker chairs and a bean bag. The bathroom is also spacious and comes with plenty of storage space.
Located on Calle del Amparo, the apartment's couldn't be more ideal. You are in the heart of diverse Lavapiés, where you can find international restaurants and the famous Sunday flea market – El Rastro. If you enjoy live music and exhibitions, you're in luck - the Casa Encendida is just around the corner. You are also a 10-minute walk to the city centre and 15 minutes away from Madrid's main train station, Atocha.
What we liked the most
- You can stay cool during summer with the AC unit.
- Bedroom 1 opens up onto a private balcony.
- There is a high-quality washing machine and a dishwasher.
- If you travel for work or leisure, living only 15 minutes from Atocha train station will be a time-saver.
- Be sure to check out the nearby Mercado de San Fernando any day of the week, and El Rastro on Sundays.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 2 is not a separate bedroom, but is an area separated by a folding screen.
