This elegant 2-bedroom property available to rent in the Nueva España district of Madrid is a 2nd floor exterior apartment that is constantly sun-filled and has views of a beautiful garden plaza. The 90 m² apartment is ideal for professionals providing a comfortable and well-decorated home. There is polished hardwood flooring, big windows, and brand new furniture and appliances. The living room opens up onto a spacious balcony shared with one of the bedrooms creating the perfect space to relax. There is a fully equipped kitchen and 1 full bathroom.
Nueva España is one of the most exclusive residential areas of Madrid, providing a peaceful atmosphere. You are very well-connected to the city center, but also have plenty to do nearby. You have the Centro Comercial Castellana and a El Corte Inglés department store less than 200 meters away where you can satisfy all your shopping needs. Nearby you also have amazing restaurants such as Diverxo (the only restaurant in Madrid with 3 Michelin stars), Domo (a brunch bar), and 99 Sushi bar.
What we liked the most
- All the rooms face the exterior providing a home that is constantly filled with natural light.
- The living room is bright and cozy and comes with a SMART TV.
- Bedroom 2 is gorgeous – spacious, well decorated, and with a private balcony.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and has been recently renovated.
- The elevator takes you directly to the underground parking lot.
- There is doorman 24 hours a day.
- Hospital La Paz is close by.
- You are only a 5-minute walk to Plaza Castilla where you have a park great for doing exercise and playing sports, as well as the Fundación Canal Isabel II which hosts cultural exhibits all year round.
