This is a gorgeous 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment for rent in the heart of Madrid. The space is stylishly decorated and the living area features a good amount of seating for enjoying guest company, as well as a big flatscreen TV for shared use. The bedrooms are all bright, spacious and comfortable, with desks, large windows and adequate storage space for personal belongings.The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances and a washing machine for convenience.
The property is located on Calle de Fernando El Católico in Madrid's Moncloa area, one of the most conveniently-located areas of the city. Close to major universities such as ICADE-Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, within walking distance of Malasaña and Almagro/Trafalgar, you'll find a room that lets you be close to school and all the fun outside the classroom. It is near the Quevedo location of Tierra Burrito Bar, Kalúa Ice Cream, a branch of Spanish department store chain El Corte Inglés, and a Mercadona grocery store on Bravo Murillo. You'll have everything you could possibly need!

- The location is great for those that love being close to some of the city's best shopping
- Not only is there a Metro stop two minutes away, but you have access to convenient buses and another Metro line
- The bathroom includes a shower and a tub, perfect for those who want the opportunity to treat themselves
- The kitchen has everything you could need to cook a nice meal
