This bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment, with A/C and a fully equipped kitchen, is available to rent on Cuesta de las Descargas. It has a large living room with two balconies that let in natural light with a lovely and quiet view to enjoy. It is furnished with a dining table, comfy sofa and lots of storage and shelving. You also have a separate large modern kitchen. Both bedrooms have their own balconies where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air and the property has plenty of storage space.
Your home is in the beautiful Palacio neighbourhood, with some of Madrid's top attractions. Plaza Mayor, San Miguel Market, El Rastro flea market, the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral and the stunning Sabatini Gardens are all right next door. It's a charming area with plenty of shopping streets, and if you love tapas, you're in luck as this is probably the best place for it in the captial.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has four bright balaconies with a lovely view.
- You're in Palacio, a central location with some of Madrid's top attractions.
- The apartment has access to easy transport and is walking distance to anywhere in the city centre.
- El Rastro flea market is right next door.

- Access to the double bed/master bedroom is made through the single bedroom.
