This compact 2-bedroom apartment is stylishly decorated to match the fashionable, on-trend neighbourhood it overlooks. The flooring throughout is a dark hardwood, leading you through the entrance corridor to the kitchen/dining/main bedroom, flooded with natural light. You'll find the kitchen fully stocked, included a microwave and fridge. The smaller bedroom is very inviting with simple white walls, reclining chair and masses of storage space for all your clothes. The bathroom is just as modern; this entire apartment feels fresh, new and fashionable. There is A/C and central heating throughout.
Gazing out of the floor-to-ceiling window, you'll see a modern square below, complete with Starbucks and frozen yoghurt café! The location of this apartment makes it highly desirable. Just a few steps away you'll find Calle de Fuencarral, where you'll find designer clothes stores and more, including a MAC, Calvin Klein's and Michael Kors, among others. The nearest supermarket is only 4 minutes away, but why not have dinner in one of the authentic bistros and restaurants nearby? There's even a Crepería over on Calle de Colon!
What we liked the most
- Floor to ceiling windows in the main bedroom let in plenty of light.
- You can people-watch to your hearts content with fantastic street views!
- The nearest Starbucks restaurant is just downstairs, plus you're only a few steps away from shopping street Calle de Fuencarral.
- There's a colour changing light over the main bed, making it easy to set the mood on romantic Madrid evenings.
