This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle de la Chichilla, Centro, is 40 m² and opens out onto a lovely private terrace. The property is equipped with AC and underfloor heating and has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer-dryer and a cozy living area with a sofa bed and TV.

Located 4 minutes from the Gran Via and Puerta del Sol, this apartment's location is hard to beat. This lively area will make a fantastic base to explore the city, with public transport, shops, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is central but quiet, as it faces an interior patio rather than the street.
  • The living area has a stylish feature wall with vibrant wallpaper.
  • The terrace is big enough to fit a table and 4 chairs.
