This modern and stylish 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle Fuencarral. The open-plan living and kitchen area is very spacious and fashionably furnished with 2 comfy couches, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with room for 5 people to share a meal while the contemporary kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need to cook. Through the living room there is access to 2 small balconies facing the picturesque street outside and the property has a very fresh and modern bathroom.
The apartment is located in one of Madrid's most popular areas and you are only 2 minutes from the famous Gran Via, where you will find a multitude of boutiques, excellent restaurants and theaters. Malasaña is home to lots of trendy restaurants, hip nightclubs and cool bars for you to experience and you will be able to buy all your basic amenities in small friendly shops in the streets outside the property.
