This stunning 1-bedroom attic apartment on Calle Magdalena, Centro, is 55 m² and has been stylishly renovated. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a cozy reading corner, while the gorgeous open plan kitchen and living area leads onto a mezzanine level with a 2nd double bed.
Located just around the corner from Antón Martín square, and surrounded by bars, cafes, bakeries and restaurants, this apartment's location is hard to beat. Sol is 10 minutes away, and you can also walk to the Plaza Mayor and the iconic Gran Via.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a luxurious feel and has been thoughtfully decorated.
- There is a range of new appliances including an induction stove, oven, dishwasher and a washing machine.
- There is AC and gas heating.
- The bathroom is modern and beautifully tiled.
- Miguel the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
- There are numerous theatres, cinemas, and art galleries in the area.
