This beautiful apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an extra room to use as an office or a study. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials like a fridge, microwave, fan above the stove plus, extras like a Nescafe coffee machine and an induction cooking surface. The office acts as a very quiet living area with a comfortable sofa, a study table and no outside noise. If you love art, travel and souvenirs from all around the world, you will want to call this apartment your new home as it is tastefully decorated from paintings to numerous country guides.
Located in the Cortés District of El Centro, this is one of the most central locations in Madrid. You will be just minutes away from dozens of bus stops, metro stations which connect you to anywhere you want to go. You will find numerous cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and other services just minutes away on the busiest road, Gran Vía. You're also in luck to live just around the corner from the Círculo de Bellas Artes, a fines arts museum and theater which has a rooftop that boasts the best views of the entire city - day or night!
Head over there one night for a drink with your friends in the summer or winter, but don't forget to bring a coat as it can get windy!

- It's right in the city center of Madrid.
- There are several metro stations and bus stops all within walking distance of the property.
- Bedroom 1 is very large and spacious with a huge double bed.
- There is also an extra room which can act as an office or a study space.
