This large 1-bedroom apartment is spacious, very stylish with a unique decorative flair blending colorful decorative elements against a more plain background. The living room has a sofa that turns into a double bed for guest, TV, funky lamps, air con, dinning table and chairs. At the end of the room there is the first bathroom with shower unit, toilet and basin. The kitchen is open planned and fitted with stainless steel appliances. It is a great space to host friends and family for Sunday long Spanish lunches! The bedroom has high ceilings with wooden beams running along the top, twin single beds and a large wardrobe. On each side of the bed there are side tables and then from here is the entrance to the ensuite bathroom with rain shower, large basin and washing machine.
You will be living in pretty much the best location in Madrid, right in the center of the city. It is close to Fonte de Neptuno, and walking distance of famous plazas and historical sites, of El Prado, and Retiro Park, and also of the ever-popular and trendy districts that surround the center, from Malasaña, Chueca, to La Latina, and Lavapiés. The apartment is surrounded by shops, bars, and lots of restaurants.

- The kitchen is open planned, has plenty of food preparation space, and storage.
- There are 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower.
- There is a fold out double sofa bed.
- The location is the best in the city!
