This spacious and stylish property has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and wood floors. It's located on the 4th floor of a very nice building that's situated between other historic buildings in the neighborhood. As you enter the property you will see the large and open living room complete with a black leather sofa, a built-in flat screen TV and a fold-out table that is perfect for when you want to have dinner parties or small gatherings. The bedrooms are compact yet maximize the space provided with built-in wardrobes where you can store all of your belongings. If you find you need more space, there is a storage closet next to Bedroom 2 where you can store larger items like suitcases. The kitchen has a built-in bar countertop with two stools and is fully equipped with all the essentials from a compact fridge to an induction cooking surface. Next to the kitchen you will find a spacious bathroom with rich, deep blue tile work. This apartment couldn't be more lovely, and it's the perfect place to call home during your stay in Madrid.

Calle Luciente is one of many narrow streets that you will find all throughout the historic La Latina neighborhood. This apartment is just minutes away from one of the best cultural areas in the city, Plaza de la Cebada, where you can go see theatrical shows at the famous Teatro La Latina, check out the nearby El Rastro market on Sundays or enjoy a drink with friends on one of its many terraces on a sunny day. You will also be able to run your errands on foot thanks to plenty of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and markets nearby. If you don't want to venture too far from home for a good time, try Pajaritos Mojados around the corner and choose from a variety of beers, wines and great food in a relaxed atmosphere.
