Spotahome's opinion
This luminous 1-bedroom apartment is beautiful and modern. Entering the apartment you find yourself in a light living room, complete with TV, sofa and storage space. The kitchen is narrow but fully stocked with everything needed for cooking, but why not host a BBQ on the terrace instead? The huge terrace runs alongside the apartment, being accessible through large glass doors in every room except the bathroom. The bathroom is modern with an impressive shower. This is a perfect apartment for a professional couple!
The nearest supermarket to this apartment is a 2-minute walk away, but why not stop for a bite to eat at Bar Benteveo on your way there? It's on the corner before the pharmacy (also very close to the apartment) and serves fantastic food. There are plenty of other stores in the local area, including a toy store, wine store, art gallery and pizza takeaway. Despite this, Calle de San Eugenio is a quiet street lined with tall apartments with small stores on the ground floor. This is a very pretty area to live in!
What we liked the most
- The super-large terrace has comfy outdoor furniture and a sink already installed, perfect for outdoor cooking
- The bedroom has shutters in the glass door, so you can adjust the level of natural light
- The bathroom has an impressive shower with 2 heads to choose from
- The kitchen area is also very modern, featuring both an oven and a microwave
