This lovely apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room is available to rent in Tetuán. The whole property has a modern and stylish look to it with lots of natural light and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need from an induction cooking surface to a digital thermostat on the outside of the fridge. Lots of natural light enters into the living room giving it a warm, inviting feel in the afternoons plus the comfortable sofa is the perfect place to curl up with a good book or stretch out as you watch your favorite series. The bedrooms are also spacious with huge wardrobes with lots of storage space for all your personal belongings.
Located in a residential and business district of Tetuán, this property on Calle de Ofelia Nieto is a great place to be based. There are many services nearby including 2 Día Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, banks, pharmacies and libraries around the Glorieta de Rocío Dúrcal. For brunch or a warm pastry at the weekends, try Audrey Bread and Coffee around the corner at the roundabout. Or if you feel like having pizza on a weeknight, try Pizzeria Carlos, just a couple of minutes away on your new street.
What we liked the most
- Bedroom 2 is the largest bedroom and it has a few tiled steps leading down into the room adding elegance to the design of the room.
- The wardrobes in the bedrooms are large and extra spacious.
- The apartment would be perfect home for young couples or small families and it's in a great location.
- This area is close to the city center but it's one of the best "local feel" neighborhoods in Madrid.
