This spacious and luxurious apartment is very stylishly decorated with artwork and modern furniture. There is a total of three balconies throughout this unit, offering you gorgeous views over the Palacio de Viana and the surrounding Central Madrid area. The living room offers a beautiful glass-top dining table with chairs, as well as a lush sofa and armchair where you can relax and watch your favourite shows on the flat screen television.
This location is incredible, with Palacio de Viana just outside your front door. Within walking distance you can arrive at three of the most popular neighbourhoods in Madrid, Sol, Tirso de Molina and La Latina. You will find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars in this area. The closest supermarket, Dia, is only a 2-minute walk from this apartment, so you really have everything you need close at hand.
