This 2nd floor 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle Acuerdo is eye-catching. It’s a blend of different styles: on the one hand, you have some rustic touches in the wood floors and raw wood pillars, French balconies, and the 6-seat dining table and comfy living area sofa and chair; on the other hand, you have a modern and fully equipped one-wall kitchen with sleek lines and contemporary artwork throughout. Similarly, the smaller of the two bedrooms has a bold black and white decor, while the larger one has a subtler look. It also has a unique partial en-suite bathroom with the modern-retro double wash basins in the space of the bedroom. It’s just a truly rare and wonderful space, and one with lots of natural light too!
Madrid may be a city you want to explore with depth, but you might find it hard to leave Malasaña even for a second, because there is so much to explore in this neighborhood. From the pull of nature in the nearby Oeste Park to the hipster-vibe push of second-hand clothing shops and vegan restaurants or the trendy clubs and more artsy concert venues and theaters, this area has a one-of-a-kind dynamic.
