This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle de Sevilla is on the 5th floor. Don’t worry, you won’t have to walk up the stairs unless you want to, because there is an elevator. There are some really fabulous touches in this stylish apartment, including sloped ceilings, wood floors, two large furnished living room areas, and a pair of saloon doors to a sleek, modern and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a washing machine. From the vestibule at the entrance, you can reach the full bathroom, as well as the extravagant bedroom, which has skylights and an amazing jacuzzi where you can relax after your sauna!
If you can pry yourself from your apartment, you’ll be able to enjoy the exciting and lively Centro neighborhood at the heart of Madrid. You’ll come across plenty of tourists, but there is a large local population here as well, and plenty of quaint little restaurants, bakeries and cafés just out your door. You’re close to a lot of theaters, and there is a fine arts museum, fittingly located in an 18th century palace, just around the corner. There are a number of banks around your apartment and the cinema, as well as a supermarket, is no more than a 10-minute walk away.
