This fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Calle de Almadén, in Cortes, is 43 m² and receives plenty of natural light. The charming attic apartment has a spacious living area with a sofa, dining table, and television as well as a kitchen with all the essentials to cook.
The apartment boasts a fantastic location, close Atocha station, the Botanical Gardens, and beautiful Retiro Park. The Reina Sofía museum is a short walk away and you will find numerous, shops, restaurants and bars to explore nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully decorated and bright.
- The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher.
- The living areas has 2 cute little balconies.
- The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower.
- The apartment has a fantastic location, a 15-minute walk away from Sol.
- The area is central but quiet, so you will not be disturbed by street noise.
Things to keep in mind
- There are sloping ceilings, so you will need to bend down to reach some corners of the apartment.
