This trendy 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Moncloa has everything you need to move in right away. The large living room has exposed brickwork and colorful pop art with a tip of the hat to the 80s. The kitchen is super sleek, with a breakfast bar, dining table for 4, and an electric stove. The bathroom has a rain shower and a large basin. There is a second bed located on an open mezzanine level above the living room.
Home to the presidential palace and several universities, Moncloa is a great neighbourhood for students. It also has great connections to the city centre by bus or metro. There are multiple cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops to explore right on Calle de Bravo Murillo.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom is modern and clean.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout.
- The kitchen has everything that you need and is open plan, providing plenty of space.
- The apartment is in an excellent location with plenty of trendy cafes and restaurants nearby.

- The double bed on the mezzanine level is open to the living area below.
