This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle Tablada is located on the fourth floor. Unfortunately, there isn’t an elevator, so you won’t be needing to use a stairmaster living here. The space isn’t huge, and furnishings are minimal, but practical. Bedrooms have windows with interior views, and the equipped kitchen has a fridge, ceramic stove plate and also a washing machine, which is convenient. There is a small table in the living area, which is also furnished with a sofa and glass side tables.
Tetuán is a fantastic neighborhood if you’re hoping to immerse in local life. There are lots of shops, cafés and restaurants just outside your door, and there are at least 2 supermarkets within a 10-minute walk. If you love music, you’ll be happy that you’re just 1 minute away from a concert hall, and just 5 minutes from the Joaquín Turina Conservatory of Music. The Santiago Bernabéu Stadium isn’t far, so you can enjoy watching Real Madrid football games here, or the many other events the stadium has throughout the year.
