An incredible 2-bedroom apartment with central AC and heating is available to rent nearby metro Argüelles in Chamberí. The apartment has been recently renovated, and it has a large living room with a sofa, a big dining table, and a TV. The enormous kitchen has everything you could ask for, including an oven, a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner electric stove, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and more. There are 2 immaculate bathrooms in the apartment, 1 of which is ensuite, and they both have big bathtubs.

The apartment is located in the Chamberí district, just next to the Argüelles metro station, which is within the larger district of Moncloa. Around the neighborhood, you have everything at your fingertips-- trendy bars, delicious restaurants, and high-class shopping are right around the corner here. The apartment is within short walking distance from the exciting and vibrant Malasaña district, as well as from Chueca and the city center.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is enormous!
  • There are 2 bathrooms in the property, so you'll never have to wait your turn.
  • The property is within walking distance of the exciting Malasaña district, as well as the Madrid city center.
  • A metro station is nearby the apartment.
