This 1-bedroom apartment on Paseo Extremadura, in Puerta del Ángel, is fully furnished and is nicely presented. The 35 m² property is exterior and has a living area with a television, modern bathroom, and a compact but functional kitchen.
The apartment boasts an excellent location, right in between Madrid Rio and the huge Casa de Campo park, making it an ideal option for those who want to be close to nature. Madrid's bustling city centre is also located nearby, with the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor a 25-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The living area comes with a sofa bed, ideal to welcome visitors.
- There is portable AC unit which can also be used as a heater.
- The bathroom is beautifully tiled.
- The bedroom has a big built-in wardrobe.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- Beautiful Madrid Rio provides an excellent space to exercise outdoors.
- You will find numerous tapas bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator.
- The kitchen is basic, but has all the essentials including a coffee machine and new half-refrigerator. A microwave oven will also be provided.
