This beautiful bungalow of 45m² is ten minutes away from the Universidad Europea, in Villaviciosa de Odón, Madrid. The house is very charming and perfect for people studying at the European University.
The bungalow has a rural style and decor, with lots of light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, a fridge, and a microwave. The living room is cozy, sunny and comfortable with a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a sink, mirror and shower tub. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Outdoors, there is a beautiful terrace with a pool, a table with chairs, and lots of plants - making it a perfect place for spending sunny afternoons.
Villaviciosa de Odón is a small neighbourhood west of the outskirts of Madrid, so don't expect all the transport links and parties you will expect to find closer to Sol. However, life here is relaxing, rural, safe - and also beautiful.
