This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located on Calle de Jesus Aprendiz in serene Retiro. The 160 m² apartment has a modern kitchen, generous bathroom and laundry room, and has access to the apartment complex pool.
Retiro is popular with Madrid's residents for it's relaxed, green atmosphere. A lovely area to wander around, you'll find Parque de Roma and Parque del Retiro are only a 10-minute walk away, as well as an immediate selection of shops and eateries for your convenience.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is very spacious and is equipped with everything you need to cook.
- The bathroom has modern fittings and is equipped with all of the necessities.
- You have access to the complex pool.
- There is AC and central heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- The apartment is well located, close to the Metro, shops and amenities.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a washer, but no dryer, so you will need to hang your laundry to dry.
- The swimming pool is small, but will come in handy during those hot Madrid summer days.
- There was no AC in the living room at the time of our visit, but let landlord is planning to install a unit in there soon.
