A modern 1-bedroom apartment with a lovely balcony is available to rent right near the iconic Puerta del Sol in Madrid's historic city center.
The property has a sunny living room, where you can relax on the sofa and watch TV, or admire the views from the window over a delicious meal at the small dining table. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a 4-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is spacious, with lovely tiling, a large shower, a washing machine, and lots of shelving space for all your towels and toiletries.
Here, you'll be living in the heart of Madrid's vibrant, exciting city center. Just outside your doorstep, you'll find lots of delicious restaurants, fun international bars, cafes, and shops to browse. Take a walk down the street, and you'll arrive in the incredible Puerta del Sol-- Madrid's heartbeat. And, with a Metro and Cercanías station nearby, you'll have quick access to anything you can't find around the neighborhood. It's the best of Madrid!
