This is a glorious 2-bedroom apartment to call home in one of Madrid's most well-loved districts - Lavapiés.
Here, you get all the benefits of floor space, natural light and great decor. The living room has a massive double sofa and a dining table with chairs, plus access to a beautiful private terrace. The kitchen follows has stylish tiling and has all the essentials plus a few bonuses, including a washing machine, oven and storage. Moving onto the bathroom, expect lovely mosaic-effect tiling, and a big shower cubicle.
Bedroom 1 get a lot of natural light and has a double bed a built-in wardrobe, and Bedroom 2 has exactly the same, with the benefit of a fireplace to add character.
And if that isn't enough, Lavapiés is a great neighbourhood with a huge range of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, plus close proximity to Sol and Atocha.
