This 60 m², 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent in the centre of Madrid. It is a glorious property and well worth the price tag!
There is a modern living room with a sofa, an armchair, a television, and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is small and sleek, with cutlery and crockery included. It also has an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a washer-dryer, and a dishwasher. If that's not enough, you also get a selection of appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The first bedroom has twin single beds and boasts a double size wardrobe, while Bedroom 2 is the master room, with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The final bathroom is shared, and has 2 sinks, a toilet and a large shower cubicle.
The apartment is located on Gran Vía, one of Madrid's main shopping streets. There you'll find H&M, Primark, Zara, and many more shops! There are also lots of restaurants and fast food restaurants, as well as cafes and bars. Walk in one direction to go to the beautiful Temple Debod, and the other for plaza Callao and Sol.
What we liked the most
- There are 2 gorgeous bathrooms.
- One of the bathrooms is en-suite.
- The kitchen has all the appliances you could need!
- The apartment is on Gran Vía, where you'll find lots of shops and restaurants.
