This stylish 3-bedroom apartment on Calle Relatores, in Centro, has a charming open plan kitchen and living area with a dining table, sofa, and television. The kitchen in the 120 m² property is fully equipped, and there are 2 modern bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
The apartment enjoys an excellent central location, just 7 minutes from Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor on foot. Plaza Tirso de Molina is 2 minutes away, and is home to a Metro station as well as several bars and restaurants with outdoor seating.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully decorated throughout.
- Bedroom 3 has an ensuite bathroom with a spa bathtub.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout.
- The kitchen has modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
- The living area opens out onto 2 small balconies overlooking the charming street below.
- Kav the homecheker told us that she really loved this property.
- From this amazing location you can walk to many of the city's most well-known attractions.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 are interior and do not receive much natural light.
