A modern 2-bedroom apartment with a small balcony and AC is available to rent in Madrid Centro, just a short walk from Metro Tirso de Molina. The apartment has a stylish living room, where you can relax on the sofa or in 1 of the cool armchairs and watch TV, or step out onto the small balcony and admire the lovely views.
The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a huge, wooden dining table with 6 chairs. Both bedrooms are spacious and sunny, and each is fully furnished with either a double or twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, 1 of which is ensuite to Bedroom 1.
You'll be living in Madrid's historic and vibrant city center, just a short walk from the iconic Puerta del Sol and characteristic La Latina and Lavapiés neighborhoods. Around the apartment, you'll find lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, theaters, and shops to enjoy.
