A sunny 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Legazpi, just down the road from Metro Legazpi. The apartment has a spacious living room, where you can relax on the sofa, or enjoy a delicious meal at the dining table. The kitchen has all the essentials, including an electric stove, a large fridge-freezer, and a washing machine. The kitchen will also have a brand-new microwave shortly. The bedroom is also bright and modern, with a cozy mid-size bed and a large standalone wardrobe. The bathroom is immaculately clean and spacious, with a large bathtub and plenty of storage space for all your things under the sink.
You'll be living in Legazpi, a well-connected neighborhood just to the south of Atocha and Madrid's city center. You'll find everything you need around the neighborhood, including supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, a cinema, and even a planetarium! You'll also be just a short walk from Madrid Río, where you can take long walks through the park, or run along the river banks on sunny days.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is stylish and sunny.
- A Metro station is right down the street.
- The gorgeous Madrid Río area is just a short walk from the property.
- The landlady will be adding some brand-new furniture and appliances before you move in. Perfect.
- A cinema and Madrid's planetarium are nearby the property-- weekend fun, here you come!
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady is going to install a brand-new microwave in the kitchen, as well as some extra furniture in the living room. She will also bring some space heaters for you to use.
