This stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a generous 75 m² footprint on Calle de Fernando el Católico in Moncloa. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, while Bedroom 2 has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen also has an oven, full-sized refrigerator and 4-burner stove.
There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the streets around this apartment as well. The large Oeste Park is also within a 10-minute walk, where you will find the Monumento Elena Fortún and the Forts of the Spanish Civil War West Park.
What we liked the most
- Universidad Nebrija is only a 10-minute walk away.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
